Another reason why the Indo-Pacific Army aims to improve the defense capability of Guam is that China is gradually improving its ability to attack Guam. So far, China also has weapons such as cruise missiles and ballistic missiles that can attack Guam. But now, because of its low flight altitude and orbit change, the existing ballistic missile defense system is developing hypersonic gliding weapons that are difficult to intercept. In addition, bombers, aircraft carriers, and destroyers are also marching toward the Pacific Ocean to continuously improve their ability to attack Guam from all directions.
