You can take great pictures with the iPhone, but it is not enough to check the image.

If you are using an iPhone and Windows PC, there are a number of ways to transfer images to your desktop device.

Today, let's look at that method.

1.Transfer photos from iPhone to PC using file Explorer

The easiest way to transfer photos from iPhone to Windows PC is to connect with a Lightning cable and copy photos using file express.

1.Connect your iPhone to your PC by USB.

2.Unlock the iOS device and tap "allow" or "trust".

3.Open the file Explorer on your PC and select "Apple iPhone" in the sidebar.

4.Double -click "internal storage" → "dcim" and find all photos classified as monthly folders on the iPhone.

5.Select one image (or multiple images while holding down the "Ctrl" key), right -click and select "Copy".

Next, right -click the other location of the PC and select "Paste".

If necessary, you can copy individual folders and multiple folders (or the entire DCIM folder) to your PC.

If the photo is copied in the iPhone's HEIC (High Efficience Image Container) format, open the iPhone "Settings" and select "Photo" → "Auto" at the bottom.

This requires iOS to convert photos into compatible JPEG format during the transfer process.

2.Use the photo app to transfer photos from iPhone to PC

If you are using a PC with Windows 10 installed, you can import images from your iPhone using the photo app.

This is a very useful format to copy images, and there is no need to worry about creating the same thing in subsequent transfer.

1.Connect the iPhone to the PC with USB.

2.Unlock the iOS device and tap "trust" or "permit".

3.Open the Windows "Start" menu and select "Photo".

4.After selecting "Import" from the upper left corner of the photo app, select "From connected devices" and wait for the "Import Wizard" to start.

5.Select "All items" in the menu at the top of the screen and select all items in the iPhone photo library.Alternatively, manually select the image to be imported.

6.By default, the photo app imports images into the "Photo" folder of the Windows user account. To change this, select "Change the destination".

7.Click "Import item" and copy the image to your PC.

Note: If the photo app fails to import the photo on the way, repeat the procedure several times, and finally the PC will copy everything.

If you choose all photos, the next time you select "After the previous import", you can copy only new photos to your PC.

3.Use iCloud for Windows

If you are using iCloud photos on your iPhone, you can access photos on your PC in real time via the Windows iCloud app.

1.Install the iCloud for Windows on your PC.You can download it for free from Apple's website or Microsoft Store.

2.Use your Apple ID to log in to the iCloud app for Windows.

3.After selecting "Photo", activate other iCloud services (such as iCloud drive) and select "Close".Open the Windows iCloud app from the system tray, and then you can always make additional changes.

4.Open "File Explorer" and select "iCloud Photo" in the sidebar. The photo is temporarily displayed in the directory.

If the iCloud photo is not active on the iPhone, the photo will not be displayed on the Windows PC.

To enable this, open the iPhone's "Settings" app, select "Photos", and turn on the switch next to "iCloud".

However, iCloud only provides 5GB free space.

To upload all photos and videos, you may need to upgrade iCloud storage.

4.Use third -party cloud storage services

In addition to iCloud photos, you can back up your iPhone photo using a third -party cloud storage service and access it on a PC.

Google Photos used to be the best options before, as we could save unlimited photos.

Most devices, including the iPhone, are no longer possible, but you can still use 15 GB free storage. This is considerable capacity compared to other storage services.

How to use Google Photos is as follows.

1.Download Google Photos to iPhone.

2.Open Google Photos and tap "Allow all photos" and log in with the Google account.

3.Select "Storage Saver" to back up the photo with low quality (using less space), or select "Original quality" to upload it with the original quality.

4.Tap "Confirm" and back up the photo.

5.Use the Google Photo Web app to display photos and download them to your PC.

If you're a sub -suck of Amazon Prime, Amazon Photos is one of the great alternatives that can store photos (not eligible for videos).

5.Use imazing or copytrans

The third -party iPhone management app, such as Imazing and Copytrans, provides an alternative approach to copy photos from iPhone to PC.

Although it is charged, there is an option to display the photo library displayed on the iPhone and import images for each album.

You can also access a variety of additional functions, such as schedule settings for iPhone backups, extracting messages, and managing apps.

However, since these are paid, there is almost no reason to use it unless you need to access such advanced functions.

For example, how to use imazing is as follows:

1.Install imazing on Windows PC.

2.Connect the iPhone to the PC with USB.

3.Open "Imazing" and select "iPhone".

4.Select "Photo".

5.Select the album or category to transfer.

6.Select "Export".

IMAZING and COPYTRANS offer a free trial that can export up to 50 photos, making it easier to decide whether to buy one.
