Type A...Rabbit

The best is when you're running around energetically and in a "high" state. You're the type of person who tends to go well when you're in high spirits, and who gets upset when you're in a bad mood. Running like a rabbit is your true self. When you are high, your senses are sharp and your thoughts are clear, so you can make decisions without hesitation or mistakes, even in difficult matters. On the other hand, when you are depressed, you are easily distracted by the noise around you, leading to confusion and making more mistakes. The reason is that when you're high, you find yourself attractive, but when you're low, you're frustrated with yourself, rushing, and failing, and you fall into a vicious circle. Even if you don't hate yourself as a low person, you should be able to make fewer mistakes.

◎High & Low Tricks [When it's GOOD] Try something new to keep your high state as long as possible. If it's your first time trying it, you'll feel more and more excited. Hanging out with an active friend can also help you stay high. [When it's bad] When you're low, put aside the difficult things as much as possible and start with the easy things. Accumulating small successes little by little is effective in making your low mood high.

Type B... Sloth

When you're in low spirits, your calm judgment shines. Like a sloth that spends most of its time hanging loose in a tree, you are the type of person who is more at your best when your tension is low, and things tend to go well. When you're feeling high, you may be thinking of a situation where you're too high and you end up spinning, resulting in failure. Or, you might suddenly want something you wouldn't normally pay attention to, and buy it just because you're excited, and then regret it. Let go of the common notion that you'll do better when you're feeling high, and accept yourself for who you are when you're low.

◎High & Low Torisettsu [When it's GOOD] To keep your tone good when you're low, it's effective to do something you don't usually do, but you really want to do. . If you like flowers, try decorating them with flowers. Do something special that doesn't feel like a burden. [When you're bad] When you're in a high mood, you tend to do things on a whim that you wouldn't normally think about, so be careful. By eating seasonal foods, your body's rhythm will be in order and your tension will be adjusted.

Type C…Chimpanzee

You enjoy ups and downs and changes. Like a chipmunk that is active when it's warm and spends its time feeding even in hibernation, you can achieve and produce when you're up and down. You love change, so you love your high and low selves, and enjoy the waves of emotions that come with each day. While I can come up with all sorts of new and interesting things and make them a reality, when my mood is stable and constant, I tend to say "somehow boring". I feel like I can predict the future no matter what I do, and I feel bored. In such a case, act with the intention of creating a wave of ups and downs from yourself.

◎High & Low Torisettsu [When it's GOOD] When you have ups and downs in your feelings, you'll complain less, so your relationships will go well. To keep yourself in good shape, try to be kinder to people than usual. Interaction with people should increase the range of feelings. [When it's bad] The quickest way to create a big wave of calmness is to go on a trip. By putting yourself in a different environment than usual, your mood will change. When that's difficult, work on decluttering or redecorating your room.

Type D…Turtle

Avoiding bumps and staying calm is the fastest way to success. There is no up and down in your feelings, just a constant... That's when things tend to go well for you. Mood waves are like big waves in the ocean, and it's not easy to ride them. It goes without saying that you can swim better in calm conditions without waves. Try to keep things as calm as possible, without getting excited or depressed, and you'll be able to do things steadily. You may admire people who are emotionally fluctuating, but when you're high or low, it's easy to lose sight of who you are. Like a tortoise, it suits you to be calm, slow and quiet.

◎High & Low Torisettsu [When it's GOOD] Avoid luxury items as much as possible in order to maintain a calm mood. Caffeine, alcohol, sweets, etc. are characterized by a sudden rise in mood and then a sudden drop in mood, so use them in moderation. [When you're bad] When you feel better, relax with yoga or stretching. Conversely, when you feel depressed, you should do exercises that will lift your breath, such as muscle training. Trying to get in touch with nature as much as possible also has a calming effect.
